For private entrepreneurs to stand on this political platform signifies the state's recognition, encouragement, and support towards private enterprises. Throughout my tenure, I will act in the interest of the people and voice out for private enterprises," Chen Xuehua expressed. As a representative for private entrepreneurs, he is committed to being a spokesperson for the people, fulfilling his duties in accordance with the law, while also closely linking with the realities faced by Huayou Cobalt, actively contributing ideas for the high-quality and healthy development of the new energy lithium battery industry, and bringing the expectations of China's lithium battery industry to the meeting.

During last year's Two Sessions, Chen Xuehua offered suggestions on securing the new energy industry chain and put forward a series of visionary perspectives and strategic plans for the new energy industry, generating positive social effects. Over the past year, Chen Xuehua has tirelessly continued in his role to convey grassroots voices. It is reported that at this year's Two Sessions, Chairman Chen will bring forward suggestions such as "adjusting the import policy for intermediate hydroxide products made from overseas recycled lithium batteries" and "promoting the high-quality and healthy development of the new energy lithium battery industry," advocating for the import of intermediate products sourced from overseas recycled batteries to enhance the green competitiveness of China's lithium battery material industry and to sustain and encourage the high-quality and healthy growth of the new energy lithium battery industry. Concurrently, delegate Chen Xuehua will earnestly learn and grasp the essence of the Two Sessions, bringing back the "positive voice" of the Two Sessions to the grassroots level, serving as an ambassador, implementer, and promoter of the Two Sessions spirit, and documenting the exemplary performance of a National People's Congress delegate in the new era through high-quality duty fulfillment.
